Customer Service Agents are the heart of my client – they consistently deliver the excellent customer care that has secured our status as number one home insurer in the UK. If you are self-motivated, dynamic and can push yourself and your team to achieve more every day, then you would be a great fit. We offer a full training package, so a positive attitude, concern for your customers and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment are more important than experience in the insurance industry.
What you’ll be doing
• Handling phone calls from customers who have queries about their insurance policy
• Responding to customers by email and letter
• Managing and completing helpdesk tasks within deadlines
• Ensuring work is completed to the required quality standard in line with FCA compliance and best practice
• Delivering great customer service by demonstrating expert product knowledge to answer customer questions
• Ensuring existing information held is accurate
What we would like you to have
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a great telephone manner
• The ability to work through customer complaints to find a resolution
• Empathy and patience towards customer needs
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment, but also to be self-motivated and work on your own initiative
