Our client is currently recruiting for an after sales co-ordinator to work within a busy office environment.
Providing customer support through planning and co-ordination of service calls and spare part fulfilment.
Key Attributes;
• Good communicator
• Pro-active with an ability to co-ordinate their own workload
• Experience of working within a busy production support environment
• Dealing with purchasing and supply chain partners
• Ability to work on their own
• Capable of liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Sage proficient
• Capable of interpreting data and producing reports
Key Responsibilities;
• Dealing with customer spare part enquiries
• Developing and maintaining a suitable spare part stock holding profile
• Promoting the “critical spare parts list” offering to customers
• Liaising with suppliers and customers on delivery lead times for spare parts
• Supporting the purchasing function as and when required
• Entering data on to Sage
• Producing spare part usage reports from Sage
• Managing service engineers(s) diaries
• Developing and promoting a service schedule to customers
Key Targets;
• Increase spare part sales by 20% over the coming 12 months
• Respond to all customer enquiries within 24 hours
• Develop the service “revenue stream” and increase by 10% over the coming 12 months
Hours of work are set at:
Monday - Friday = 8am-4.30pm
